	<description><![CDATA[They built it together-Americans, Japanese, all the former enemies. A tower of mixed bricks, each color representing a different uniform, a different side, a different story.<br /><br />At the top, they placed two figures: Tanaka and Sato, frozen in their moment of choice on the bridge.<br /><br />A child asked, "What's it for?"<br /><br />Tanaka knelt beside her. "To remember. To remind everyone that war ends when we choose to end it."<br /><br />"Will it last forever?"<br /><br />"Nothing lasts forever. But memories can. Stories can. And as long as someone tells the story, the peace continues."<br /><br />The child nodded, then ran off to play with friends from every nation.<br /><br />Tanaka stood with Sato, watching the monument catch the plastic sunlight.<br /><br />"We did good," Sato said.<br /><br />"We did enough," Tanaka replied.
